How can I get a quote?
Select your bag style from our product catalogue page; fill in the Quotation Request Form with detailed information like bag colour, size of printing, quantity, business address and contact details. This information is very important to help us calculate the costs of your bags. If you need your bags within 4 weeks for an upcoming event, please call us for honest advice.

What is the minimum order?
Plain bags: 1000 Minimum
Custom made non woven bags: 2000 (Minimum)
Heat-transferred Printing with photo like quality: 5000 (Minimum)
Overseas Seafrieght Order: 5000 (Minimum)
How thick is the non woven fabric?
NWPP is rated in grams (gm) - the higher the number the thicker the material.

What will affect the price of my bags?
The Bag Style you choose (e.g Big Gusset, cross stitching handles down to the bottom are more expensive options)
Turn Around Time (Faster turn around Time incurs extra costs)
Quality of Non woven Fabrics ( Quality of non woven fabrics can vary greatly in the market， we use top grade non woven fabrics to make your bags)
Quality of finishing (Good finishing of bags take time and labour, thus the costs)
Printing methods (one color at one position is the less expensive option)
Thickness of non woven fabrics (Normally Varies from 80g/sm to 120g/sm )
Please note:
Printing costs vary according to the paint method used, the number of colors in your print design, and the number of positions of printing and the coverage of print area.
Metallic colors, thicker inks, and full printing with large coverage on a bag can be processed at an additional cost.
Full colour heat transfer printing with photo like results is available at higher costs. The Minimum order quantity is at least 5000 units for Heat Transferred Printing.
What is a gusset?
A rectangle fabric insert of fabrics along the two seams of a bag that gives it depth for extra holding space.
All bags except the heavy-duty shopping Bags are available without gussets.
Can I order bags with specific handles in mind?
Standard Carry: 38cm
Over the shoulder: 50cm
Extra long lengths for school Bags, Messenger bags: 120cm

Can I order bags with my own design or specifications?
If you can not find the right style or sizes from our product catalogue suitable for you, please send us the specifications and requirements of your dream bag with specific colour, logo or pattern required to get a free quotation.
I want to get my promotional bags made in quality non woven fabrics and quality printing? But I have limited budget? What should I do?
Generally speaking we use 80 or 100g/m non woven fabrics for our standard products. Lighter or heavier fabrics can be used upon request. Weight of fabric, style of bag and printing methods is primarily a budgetary consideration, and we will work with you to keep within your budget to make your dream bag come true.
It is sad that you just save some money in your total order but get the total lot of poor quality promotional bags. The promotional bags you offer to your customers will represent your brand, business value and most importantly they represent the quality of your products. When poor quality of promotional bags are used, it could have a negative affect on your brand.
What is the normal delivery time ?
Please allow 6-8 weeks from sample approval for delivery . Lead times can vary depending on weather conditions, logistics, customs and the time of year.
Please allow an extra 7 days to 14 days for deliveries in the months of July, December and during Chinese New year Holiday. Our workers take at least a week holiday for Spring Festival in China. Please take all these into consideration. Placing your orders ahead of time is always a good idea.
What is the normal delivery time for overseas orders?
For International customers, we ship your bags directly from our Factory in Shanghai China. Please advise the nearest International port to you to enable us to give the correct sea freight quotations.
If I am running out of time for my event what should I do?
You may wish to save one or two weeks by replacing the pre-production sample with some jpg photo files of the completed sample. These photos show your manufactured bag with front and back and a close look of the artwork printed on your bag. Please check carefully and approve via email promptly for quickest delivery.
Having your artwork ready in High PDF resolution, quickly approving initial layout and completed sample in JPG photos and sending your remittance advice promptly will certainly speed up your orders.
Can you supply bags within 4 weeks?
If you need your bags before a certain date, please ask us for an honest advice about whether our normal delivery is suitable for you. Faster delivery in 4 weeks can be requested at extra costs for most destinations around the world.
What colour can I order for my bags?
We have 39 colours of non woven fabrics in Stock: For orders of 10 000+, you may choose from any colour for your bags in the Pantone Matching System (PMS) range. Please click here to view our colour chat.
Do you charge for artwork or set up?
Our quotes has included all artwork set up fees. We are most happy to discuss with you for the positioning of your artwork to get it right at the beginning. Within two days of order, our dedicated professional graphic designers will present you a layout of your bag in PDF file for your initial approval before we proceed with a pre-production sample bag. Let us know if you should need any changes. Artwork fees and sample set up fees may apply if an order is cancelled.
What is your Artwork Requirement?
Ideally artwork requirements are original Created from Illustrator, Corel Draw
Please supply us your artwork in high resolution PDF or JPG files. To have optimal printing results, please provide us the PMS colour code if your logo is other than white or black.
Can I have a sample before placing an order?
Having received the quotes from us and you are keen to proceed further, please confirm your delivery address to send the samples for you to see the quality of our bags.
What if I have a very lower budget but I still want to get quality bags?
Quality bags means using top grade non woven fabric, printing one colour at least 3 times per side to have better printing results. If you have a very low budget, we can work with you to get the economical style, but most importantly your bags are made with quality non woven fabrics with quality printing. When quality is important to you, it is worthwhile to use experts like us. We offer you bags value for money.
What happen if I received some faulty products?
We have employed staffs to inspect all bags during fabric selection, sewing, printing and manufacturing process to ensure they pass our quality standards. We promise to replace any faulty products made during the production process.
